    A long consultation allows for detailed discussions about various health concerns. This time helps us explore symptoms, review medical history, and tackle interconnected issues.

    Patients can ask questions and clear up doubts, promoting a complete understanding of their health. This teamwork can result in more precise diagnoses, and customised treatment plans focused on the patient’s overall health.

    We know that health journeys don’t always stick to business hours - questions can come up at any time, especially when it comes to supplements, symptoms, or simple check-ins. To ensure you're supported without needing a full consultation, we've introduced our Client Support Texting Service for active Optimum Testing clients.

    Up to 4 brief text-based queries per month

    Priority replies within 24–48 hours (weekdays)

    Thoughtful, expert guidance for those “just checking in” moments

    This optional subscription is perfect for clients who value a little extra access between sessions - without the need for a full booking. It helps us maintain high-quality, timely care while protecting dedicated time for deeper consults.
