Collect your sample at home (or local pathology lab), pop it into the express postage bag, and when the results are ready we’ll walk you through everything step by step. You’ll leave with answers, clarity, and a plan.

Can I choose test-only instead of a full package?
Yes — flexibility is built in. Choose: Test-Only if you just want the raw lab results. Full Package if you’d like everything explained in detail, plus your own supplement plan and follow-up. Changed your mind later? No problem — you can upgrade to a package anytime
How long until I get my results?
Most results are ready in 2–4 weeks once the lab receives your sample. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and as soon as your results land, we’ll book you in.
Can I ask about a friend or family member?
Our testing and advice are personalised — which means your results and plan are unique to you. If a friend or family member is interested, they’re welcome to book their own consultation so we can give them the same care.
Do you offer ongoing support?
