How does the testing process work?
It’s simple and stress-free.
Once you order, we’ll send your test kit straight to your door with easy instructions. Collect your sample at home (or local pathology lab), pop it into the express postage bag, and when the results are ready we’ll walk you through everything step by step.
You’ll leave with answers, clarity, and a plan.
How long until I get my results?
Most results are ready in 2–4 weeks once the lab receives your sample. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and as soon as your results land, we’ll book you in.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — because real change takes time. We have a subscription texting service that covers 4 short queries a month about your protocol.
